Warranty
ANDERSEN® WARRANTY
We back our products with a 20-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship and against wood rot on all coated products for 30 years *. They are even transferable if you sell your home. With our exclusive limited owner-to-owner® warranties, you get peace of mind plus real added value.
Warranty documents, including our exclusive Owner-2-Owner® limited warranty, are provided for Andersen® windows, doors, hardware, and other accessories.
In addition, we have certified facilities with a 2-year limited warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to the installation of replacement parts installed through a non-certified provider.
